Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to value ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative may submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent provided below. As an internet service provider, we are able to claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a valid infringement claim, you must provide us with the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed, along with details to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;
- A statement that the use of material is unauthorized by the copyright owner;
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided and the authority of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for knowingly misrepresenting information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including civil liabilities and fees.
Submit all takedown notices via our Contact page, preferably through email for quicker processing.
Keep in mind that we may share the identity and details of any copyright infringement claim received with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you have received a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored on the site. Your notification must include:
- Your signature.
- A description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, declaring the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.
Send your counter notice via our Contact page, with email as the preferred method of communication.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We treat copyright infringement seriously and comply with the repeat infringer policy of the DMCA. We maintain records of DMCA notices and attempt to identify repeat infringers, terminating their accounts if necessary.

We retain the right to change the contents of this policy on DMCA claims at any time for any reason. We recommend checking back here regularly for updates.
